Good day Plantation Park Residents, Starting Monday, April 19^th 2021 we will begin the process of working on the fire sprinklers that have been painted over throughout the years in all building units. These sprinklers were identified as a safety hazard at the Fire Inspection in January.

All owners were sent a notice and email mentioning this, knowing it is a mandatory process for the safety of all the units and all the buildings. Safety First!

We will begin on Monday with Buildings 1 and 2 and take approximately 2 buildings per day. I will update schedule on the Facebook page: Plantation Park Condos

If you are not going to be home, please make sure that the office has a key or code for your unit as they always should. This is a process of draining the water to the fire sprinkler system, installing the heads and restarting the system to the building.

We are aware your time is important and are trying to make this as smooth a process as possible. We certainly appreciate your help and attention to this undertaking.

If for some reason we are unable to get into your unit and you are on the list for head replacement. Unfortunetly, you will have to hire a company at your own time and cost to re-drain the building and install the heads, which is quite expensive. You will also be sent a fining violation as this is considered mandatory maintenance, and is important for everyone’s safety.
